HOW CAN I LOVE WHEN I AM AFRAID

So, my plan to feel better inside my messed up head is:
  • no more pills
  • more talking about things that hurts me
  • no more thinking about sad things
  • not expect too much
  • no big decisions
  • no alcohol, cigarettes and adicting stuff
  • more bodycare
  • walking more
  • eat slow
  • do what i like to do in freetime
  • be social
  • leave big projects and start with small
I must say, i havent done big, great stuff lately. I've been feeling sick, so i need to try harder.
